These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://www.example.com (the "Site") operated by BWL Trip China ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. The service

We provide a website to browse custom travel content about China, read guides, and submit planning requests after you sign in. Trip itineraries, bookings, and payments (when offered) are subject to separate agreements and confirmations.

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
  • You may register with email or Google sign-in as offered on the Site.
  • You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms or misuse of the service.

3. Login required for planning requests

Browsing public content may not require an account. Submitting a customization or planning request requires a logged-in account so we can respond and maintain a record of your inquiry.

4. User content

Messages and information you submit must be lawful and must not infringe others' rights. You grant us a license to use submissions to provide travel planning services and improve our operations.

5. Intellectual property

Site design, text we author, logos, and licensed materials are ours or our licensors'. You may not scrape, reverse engineer, or reuse Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission, except as allowed by law.

6. Third-party services

The Site may link to or integrate third parties (Google sign-in, reviews display, maps, analytics). Their terms and privacy policies apply to those services.

7. Disclaimers

Travel information on the Site is for general planning purposes. Conditions, visas, and prices change. The Site is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for amounts exceeding fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or USD 100 if no fees were paid).

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law
